We are one month away from the 9th National Congress of Women in Agribusiness at Transamerica Expocenter, São Paulo, Brazil, to be held on October 23th and 24th.

The world is experiencing an urgent need for trustful leaders who can unite instead of polarising and dividing forces.

Especially in the food field, renewable energy, and environmental systems, only real and effective cooperation guided by leadership, responsibility, improvements on innovations, and trustworthy speeches, in the commitment to total health, in a movement called “One Health”, which means one planet, one health, will be the path to lead us to a better future.
Studies conducted over the last 9 years, by thousands of speakers at the CNMA( National Congress of Agri-women) itself, show us an international conclusion where female leadership, comprising a healthy diversity of complements and world views, proves and confirms the improvement of work environments, the better performance of financial and profitability indicators, and an effective and serious concern for animal and environmental well-being and also the succession of enterprises and cooperatives.

Nowadays, in Brazil, Agriculture Women's Groups in hundreds of municipalities, together with the network of dealers, cooperatives, rural unions, and associations, have worked hard for philanthropy causes,  creating non-profit organizations, and supporting initiatives such as the Hospital do Amor ( The Love Hospital) in the city of Barretos, São Paulo State, as referring to the education, Ms. Letícia Jacinto symbolises in her work “Keeping an Eye on School Supplies,” and many others throughout Brazil.

So, gathering all these wonderful women together represents a great opportunity to orchestrate voices for evolution and courage transforming the female soul into an unbeatable force.

There is no gender better than the other; Although different, women and men complement each other, natural and logical.
It is fair to state that women shower humanity with the feminine power of the soul and create the seeds at the dawn of civilisation.

And now referring to the “world`s time”, they have conquered more credibility as voices of Science, Education, Health, and Food as a symbol of Farming families who worldwide face two significant risks: Climate Change and Fake News.
These two flammable ingredients combined generate polarisation and take the focus away from legitimate solutions which require prior strategic planning and prevention.
